Experienced board member – and business manager on both strategic and operational level – with skills inside the agriculture, IT and finance industri. Grew up on a farm and  during my business career I have dedicated worked with business development and finance. I aim to handle reality, identify opportunities and create commercial success through an open honest dialogue, ambitious goals, focus, transparency and persistence.

SKILLS & NETWORK are built through 15 years in different financial institutions followed by 13 years with management positions in venture capital companies. From 2010 I worked 6 years as Group CEO in Dangro Invest – one of the largest crop farms in Eastern Europe – where we completed a successful turn around and M&A transaction. In 2017 I joined Fondsmæglerselskabet Agrocura – one of the strongest agri financial advisor companies in Denmark. In Agrocura I work as professionel board member in larger agri companies, with business development and as account- and risk manager.
